Refund and Cancellation Policy

Overview

Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. Cancellation more than 90 days in advance of reserved rental or lesson, a full refund will be issued within 30 days of cancellation. 
  2. Cancellation more than 30 days but less than 90 days in advance of reserved rental or lesson, a 75% refund will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.
  3. Cancellation more than 7 days but less than 30 days in advance of reserved rental or lesson, a 50% refund will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.
  4. Cancellation 7 days or less from reserved rental or lesson, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds

Once your cancellation is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
